Set on the slopes of Table Mountain, 1 Montrose Avenue offers spectacular mountain, city and harbour views and provides convenient access to Cape Town's numerous places of interest. The city centre is a few minutes away, with the harbour`s Waterfront complex and the blue-gold beaches of the Atlantic seaboard not much further. Near to many restaurants and a trendy Deli Restaurant just across the road.
1 Montrose Avenue is a haven of serenity offering up-market accomodation, personalised service and warm hospitality. The fragrant pool-garden, blooming with lavender, rock rose and bourgainvillea, invites restoring relaxation in the quiet mountainside suburb of Oranjezicht.
The eight double bedrooms are all individually decorated, with telephone, television including M-Net and elegant en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
The lounge and dining room have been lovingly preserved, with wood trim, glowing wood floors and comfortable traditional furnishings. On cooler days enjoy the fire and an excellent Cape wine.
The wine cellar offers a growing selection of wines from the Stellenbosch, Paarl and Wellington areas.

A Single room will cost you

R600.00 per night = R300.00 per person sharing.
Families may use our Family Suite, consisting of a sleeping room with twin beds
and a sleeper couch that can accomodate 2 children younger than 12 years.

Our Cosy Single could be the choice for the single traveller who has to watch
his budget. Smaller room, no TV, en-suite shower only, lots of atmosphere.
