Farm Kiripotib* is situated 160 km south east of Windhoek in the vastness of the Kalahari. It is easily accessible on 90km of tarred and 70km of good gravel roads in a leisurely two hour drive (driving through the beautiful outskirts of the Auas Mountains south east of Windhoek).

Your hosts, Claudia and Hans have been living on Farm Kiripotib since 1978 and have developed the farm into a small typical African guest farm.

We offer accommodation in two newly built Chalets with en-suite shower and toilet. Each chalet has its own veranda and a Minibar. On request we can accommodate three guests in one chalet.

Our guesthouse has three stylish and comfortable rooms with private shower and toilet.

Alternatively we have two budget safari style twin bedded tents with open air shower and toilet facilities.

Come and enjoy our typical Namibian cuisine with fresh farm products in the thatched lapa or around the fire in the boma under the glittering stars.

Opening Special: For the 2005 season the rates for the newly built chalets will be the same as for the double rooms in our guest house.

With the exception of the active cattle and sheep ranch enterprises on Farm KIRIPOTIB it is also home to the workshops of the hand woven African KIRIKARA Art, karakul wool carpets, the jewellery design studio and the farm gallery.

Farm KIRIPOTIB is ideally situated to commence your safari, or alternatively end your Namibian safari with us and relax in our peaceful oasis before flying back home.

KIRIPOTIB is only a two hours drive from Hosea Kutako International Airport and is ideally situated to commence your safari. We invite you to relax with us after your long flight to Namibia and to adjust to Africa prior to your Namibian safari alternatively end off your safari while relaxing with us for a few nights before flying back home

Visit our spinning workshop and weavery, experience the production of unique Namibian carpets exhibited in our farm gallery as well as the jewellery from our jewellery design studio and other exquisite African art work.

Absorb the African sun beside our new swimming pool or join us on a farm drive. Discover the natural beauty of the Kalahari and the surrounding landscape on our newly developed hiking trails to the Aloes or to our small wild camp.
