The lodge is situated along the majestic Panoramic Route of
Mpumalanga/Limpopo Province, just a 40-minute drive to the Kruger National Park Orpen Gate.

Nestled between the majestic Drakensberg Mountains and the tranquil Blyde River, Blyde River Canyon Lodge offers travelers a unique bush experience whilst soaking up the beauty of the natural surrounds.

The lodge itself is on an 85 ha fully game fenced, botanical nature reserve.

The accommodation comprises five (7) double/twin rooms with en-suites and one (1) Honeymoon Suite with en-suite. All rooms are tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned and are equipped with satellite TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Guest lounge. Bar service and laundry service.

Each room leads out onto the tranquil gardens where zebra and wildebeest wander by.

A blend of Victorian and African decor compliments the beauty and majesty of 900 year old Jackelberry trees, whose shade cascades over the pristine lawn areas.

In the garden is a swimming pool with an enterainment area and BBQ/braai facilities. Additional facilities are, Kayaking, absailing, fishing, walking trails and gameviewing.

Children under 12 less 50% Deposit: 0 - 45 days prior to arrival - 100% 46 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellations: 0 - 20 days prior to arrival - 100% 21 - 45 days prior to arrival - 50% 46 - 90 days prior to arrival - 25% Cancellation fees are only levied if damages are incurred as a result of the cancellation. Should the accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 5% handling fee.
