Manor 38 is situated in the sea-side suburb of Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth and boasts exclusively designed executive and superior guest suites for the discerning business traveler or tourist.
The spacious guest suites feature comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, plasma screen television sets with DSTV satellite channels, and ceiling fans.

All the rooms have en - suite bathrooms. Some of the larger suites offer Jacuzzi spa baths and multi directional shower heads.
Our elegant and stylish luxury rooms, one of which is wheelchair friendly, open onto the pool area. All of the upstairs Executive suites have air conditioning.

The pool area offers an ideal environment in which to unwind and enjoy relaxing outdoor dining. Breakfast is prepared by the owner - a qualified chef - and lunch and dinner is available by prior arrangement.

We are within walking distance from popular swimming beaches like Hobie Beach and King’s Beach. The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Centre is within a kilometer of the guesthouse and features numerous bars, restaurants and a cinema complex.

The renowned Humewood Links golf course is 3km from the guesthouse and is regarded as the only true links course in South Africa.
Port Elizabeth beachfront has numerous nightclubs and various types of restaurants to choose from.

The Addo National Elephant Park and Shamwari game reserve where one can experience the “big five” in wildlife is within 90km from Manor 38.
