Description:
Moonglow Guesthouse is situated on the slopes of the mountain and overlooks False Bay.
The panoramic view starts with Glencairn Beach and sweeps around the bay where in the distance you can see the Hangklip mountain then to Simonstown which is the historical naval town of South Africa.
At night the site of the moon's path of light across the bay is something to behold as are the twinkling lights all around the bay.
Moonglow is conveniently situated to visit the local peninsula attractions but still within easy reach of Cape Town and surrounds.
Accommodation consists of three double rooms en-suite all with sea views. There is a deck both upstairs and downstairs where leisure time can be spent reading a book or watching the whales.
Breakfast is served in the dining room downstairs which also has spectacular sea views. Our rates include a full English breakfast with cereals, yoghurt, seasonal fruits, bacon and egg, toast, fruit juice and tea or coffee.
A lounge with a ceiling high bookcase is the place to sit and relax and read the books one never has time to read.
Due to the vast number of stairs and very high balconies this house is not suitable for children under 12 years. Chlidren over 12 welcome.
