Oaklands Country Manor is a holiday and leisure destination in sunny South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal. Enjoy traditional hospitality and personal service from the moment you arrive, and indulge in the range of activities on offer.

Our intimate family-run country hotel, just three hours’ drive from Johannesburg or Durban, nestles against a ridge above Van Reenen’s Pass in KwaZulu-Natal. With accommodation for up to 32 guests, Oaklands is the perfect venue for weddings, family reunions, meetings and other similar events.

As well as a ‘home away from home’ in a stunning natural setting, Oaklands is also a privately owned country district polo club. We offer introductory courses and expert tuition for the noble game on our beautifully schooled horses, which are also available for long lazy out-rides.

Oaklands experiences temperatures between 15°C and 32°C in summer and 1°C and 17°C in winter. Each season brings a unique charm to the lush valley region, as well as different exciting things to do, making Oaklands a great holiday venue all year round.
