Ocean Eleven is an Olde Worlde, Cape Cod, Colonial-style guest house, situated on the famous cliffs of Hermanus.
The picturesque mountains beyond gently embrace the phenomenal, all encompassing vista of the bay.

The main house of Ocean Eleven was built with all the high ceilings, tall windows and teak floors that made Colonial architecture so utterly elegant.

All these features - and thus the grace and style - have been retained to this day. Ocean Eleven boasts ten beautifully appointed rooms - three standard, five deluxe and two suites. Every bedroom has an all-embracing sea view over Walker Bay.

The three standard rooms are situated on the ground floor of the guest house. Two of these are in the old house and have the original floors, high ceilings and windows opening out onto the garden.

The third is adjacent to the swimming pool, with French Doors leading out onto the deck. All three rooms provide en-suite accommodation with a shower.

There is a wide variety of Deluxe Rooms, three of which are situated near the pool - either upstairs or on ground level. The fourth room has a separate entrance and its own private balcony.

Finally, the fifth Deluxe Room is situated in the old house and has original floors, a walk-in dressing room and French Doors opening onto the garden. All are en suite with bath and shower.

Both Suites are situated Loft-style in the old roof of the house and are spacious, air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms that contain a bath and shower.

The first room is the Honeymoon Suite for newlyweds, while the second includes a sleeper couch that can accommodate a third person for Bed & Breakfast at an additional fee.

Hermanus is a quaint coastal town situated on Walker Bay on the Cape south coast of South Africa. It is a destination that should be included on any travel itinerary to Cape Town or South Africa. Although the village is small it has a city-like infrastructure and, having been a popular coastal holiday destination for over a hundred years, there are a myriad of things to see and do.

Hermanus offers the best land-based whale viewing the world. (At Ocean Eleven you can watch whales from your suite!) Our ?Champagne Air? is believed to have restorative qualities and many travel to Hermanus for recuperation and wellness. A host of adventures await you, from sea kayaking to paragliding to great white shark diving to golfing. The Hermanus Golf Club offers world class golfing and the famous Arabella golf course is minutes away. The pristine beaches, charming village shops, variety of restaurants, cliff paths and nature reserve, all nestled between an incandescent mountain range and the spectacular Atlantic Ocean, make Hermanus the perfect destination for a coastal holiday.

Hermanus is a beautiful 90 minute drive from Cape Town making it an easily accessible short-stay destination as well.
