Oyster House B&B and Self-catering offers comfortable single, double and family accommodation at affordable rates. Groups are also welcome.

We are located close to Pretoria, Midrand and surrounding areas, and within short distance from Johannesburg and Or Tambo International Airport.

Each unit has: private entrance, private bathroom, fitted safe for valuables, ceiling-fan, heater, TV, tea/coffe, on site parking for one vehicle. Most rooms are wheelchair friendly; bathrooms are standard.

Other: Remote controlled access to premises, armed emergency response, braai facilities, heated pool.

Notes:
• “Double” constitutes two people sharing a unit,
making use of either one double bed, or two single beds.
• Booking is essential.
• Specify upon booking the option taken.
• For double occupancy, specify whether double
- or single-bed facilities are required.
• For the breakfast included option, specify whether
vegetarian or
standard.

Minimum self-catering facilities include: fridge,
microwave oven, kettle, frying pan, toaster.
• Pricing for family accommodation is available on request.
• Volume discounts apply (no of days / no of people).
• No smoking inside buildings - smoking outside acceptable.

Pricing Structure for Single and Double units: R140 per day single, self-catering, no daily service (excl VAT) R270 per day double, self-catering, no daily service (excl VAT) R180 per day single, self-catering, with daily service (excl VAT) R310 per day double, self-catering, with daily service (excl VAT) R260 per day single, breakfast and daily service included (excl VAT) R470 per day double, breakfast and daily service included (excl VAT) Monthly rates for single, longer-term, self-catering accommodation (3 months and longer): • R2770 p/m if paid up-front in 3-month intervals (3 x R2770 = R8310) or • R2770 p/m if paid up-front in 1-month intervals, plus refundable accommodation deposit of R2770 (refund conditions apply) or • R3570 p/m if paid in 1-month intervals, without accommodation deposit. • The deposit of 50% of the accommodation fee is payable within 24 hours after reservation confirmation.
