Description:
The high ceilings and natural Oregon pine floors add to a warm and hospitable atmosphere.

The decor has been carefully selected, colours co-ordinated and special care has been taken with art, paintings and framing.

From the private entrance, we offer a TV room on the ground floor exclusively for guests, a large dining area and a courtesy bar. A piano and guitar are begging to be used. We offer a private corner with a computer for guests who need to download e-mail. We have made a separate kitchen available on the ground floor (available on request) for guests who choose to prepare their own meals.

Outside is a tropical pool area with gazebo. Should guests wish to have their own barbecue we can provide the facility.

All 8 individually decorated bedrooms are on the upper floor.

All beds are extra long. Rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, clock radios and tea/coffee making facilities. All soft furnishings and linen are home made with good quality fabrics.

We have 4 en-suite rooms with a choice of a shower or a bath. These room are fitted with airconditioners. One of the rooms has a double bed and Victorian bath. The only 2 single rooms are equipped with showers and basins and use the toilets in the passage.
Two rooms have a dressing room and balcony facing Somerset Avenue -lovely for the late afternoon sunset.

Dinners (on request) consisting of:
Home cooked meal with meat or fish, vegetables, salad and desert. Cost dependant on menu.

Double: R210.00 per person per night inclusive of VAT. R325.00 Single Self Catering: Single: R280.00 per person per night inclusive of VAT. Double: R190.00 per person Dinners are R70 per night for a full cooked meal with salad or pudding. We require 1 night's accommodation as deposit before any booking will be confirmed. For longer periods and over peak periods 25% as deposit is required
