Accommodation:
St Lucia Safari Lodge offers 14 fully serviced self catering chalets with en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower. Each chalet has it own private balcony and secure parking bay. Television with DSTV (Please bring your own Smart-Card).

We also offer 14 serviced Bed & Breakfast units with a bar fridge, coffee making facilities and en-suite bathrooms with a shower only. Television with selected DSTV channels.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, telephones, hair dryers and dedicated geysers. Braai/Barberque facilities are available at request.

The Lodge has a sparkling swimming pool with a luxury lapa and African style bar where meals and sundowners can be enjoyed.

We'll help you find it. St.Lucia - a very special slice of Africa, the greater St Lucia Wetland Park offers eco tourists some of the most diverse wildlife and outdoor experiences imaginable.

For this reason it was declared a World Heritage Site in December 1999.

The lake and surrounding area, as well as the wetlands surrounding it, teems with hippos, crocodiles and many other wild animals. Birds include fish eagles, hornbills, Goliath herons, paddle-billed storks, green pigeons, Loerie's (3 species), narina, trogons etc. It is probably South Africa's best bird viewing area with over 520 species having been identified here.

Unspoilt beaches, on which turtles lay their eggs, stretch for many hundreds of kilometres northward. Cape Vidal offers excellent snorkelling, protected swimming and your drive through Cape Vidal takes you.
