Built in the early 19th Century and beautifully maintained, the Stone Cottage offers a rustic appeal, ambience and inspiration for the creative .
Conveniently situated and not five minutes walk from Plettenberg Bay's central beach and shops in Main Street, the STONE COTTAGE provides easy access to all manner of local attractions. Alternatively, relax at the cottage and enjoy the 180 degree view from our garden, sundeck and jacuzzi,lounge inside and catch a movie on satellite TV or lie in one of the crisp white cotton sheet covered beds and read or even become inspired to write a book !

The original old family home and Garden Cottage is filled with inherited pieces-old and new. It has an eclectic colonial yet rustic beach house atmosphere.

The New Lookout Cottage(Boetie Pierre Suite) and the Leonard and Hilda suites have been built in 2003. They were designed to complement the Old Stone Cottage and are furnished with old and new.Original old doors, other antique furniture and a few new pieces create a simple yet crisply rustic atmosphere.

Two more rooms in the main house have been included as of 1 August 2009 - The Seashells(antique four-poster double bed) and Driftwood (antique twin wooden beds)Rooms - these two do not have bathrooms en-suite,but share a guest bathroom in the house. They both have washbasins with hot and cold water,in the room.
Both the Garden Cottage(Oupa Jannie Suite) and the new cottages cater for the creative in spirit. For those seeking a break from color-coded interiors with matching artworks. It is not recommended for the perfectionist or the boring.
