Tamboti Ridge Ranch is a working sugar and game farm, located between Pongola and Mkuze, off the N2 by the turnoff towards Swaziland - Golela. It is well positioned to break the long journey when travelling to the KwaZulu Natal reserves such as Hluhluwe, St. Lucia, Sodwana Bay and Southern Mozambique resorts such as Ponta d'Ouro.

The house is in a peaceful, sub-tropical setting, with views of the Pongola river and your host, Denise, treats you to a wholesome farm-style breakfast in the main ranch house.

The comfortable and relaxed feel of the five guest bedrooms and surroundings are idyllic.

Each room has an air-conditioner and fan, has en-suite bathroom and shower and wooden balcony overlooking the river. The central lounge has satellite TV and there is a lovely big swimming pool and braai area.

Additional activities nearby are Elephant tracking, tiger fishing, game reserves, boat cruises and bird watching.

There is a self catering option.
