Map/Directions to Morrungulo BayDirections: 650kms north of Maputo and 7km north from Massinga (13km of dirt road for which 4x4 vehicles are recommended but not essential. Route: Johannesburg - Nelspruit - Komatipoort Border Post cross over into Mozambique. Only one road travelling north from Maputo - follow Xai Xai signs. There is only one road - via towns called Marracuene, Morrumbene, - Inhambane (do not take the turn-off to Inhambane) - carry on the main road - and about 200km north of Inhambane. Pass the town of Massinga - 7km further on - look out for the Morrungulo Resort sign on the right. You will leave the tar road and head on to the 13kms of dirt road down to the beach. The journey should take you approximately 8 hours from Komatipoort. We are located between Vilanculos and Inhambane. South Africa
